Admission and Enrollment (Tertiary)

Every student has the right to enroll in any school, college, or university upon meeting its specific requirements and reasonable regulations.  Provided, that except in the case of academic delinquency and violation of disciplinary regulations, the student is presumed to be qualified for enrolment for the entire period he is expected to complete his course without prejudice to his right to transfer.

Enrollment thru Representative:

    1. Authorization letter from the Enrollee
    2. Photocopy of student’s ID
    3. Photocopy of representative’s valid ID.

2. ADMISSION CREDENTIALS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS 

    1. Original  Senior High School Card  with school seal for New Freshman
    2. Original  Transcript of Records  with school seal and  Certificate of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal) for Transferee
    3. Original  Certificate of Good Moral Character (CGMC)
    4. Original PSA Birth Certificate
    5. Original PSA Marriage Certificate for Married Female Enrollee
    6. One (1) pc. 2 X 2 COLORED ID Picture with white background
    7. Long brown envelope for submitted documents.

3. WITHDRAWAL OF ENROLLMENT

        Official Withdrawal of Enrollment Charges
Within the first week of classes 10% of the total charges for the term
Within the second week of Classes 20% of the total charges for the term

If the withdrawal is applied after the prescribed period for official withdrawal of enrolment, the student shall pay all the fees charged for the whole school term. Subjects enrolled are marked NC (NO CREDIT) in the students’ Permanent Record.  

STUDENTS WHO WISH TO WITHDRAW THEIR ENROLLMENT MUST UNDERGO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES:

Step 1. Get Application for Official Withdrawal of Enrolment at the Registrar’s Office.

Step 2. Proceed to the Dean’s Office for an Exit Interview and Approval of the College Dean.

Step 3. Process Charges/Refund at the NDU Business Office.

The Business Office will only process the student’s withdrawal of enrolment upon presentation of a duly accomplished withdrawal form with the College Dean’s Signature.

Step 4.  Submit a copy of the Withdrawal Form to the Registrar’s Office.


4. LATE REGISTRATION 

Classes missed due to late registration shall be counted as absence from class. Allowable absences should only be 20% of the entire class and laboratory hours per semester.
